Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Changes are pro-rated and take effect immediately.
What counts as a "user"?
A user is a member of your internal team who can create, edit, and manage press releases. External clients or stakeholders who you invite to approve documents are considered "guests" and are unlimited on all plans.
How does pay as you go billing work?
You are charged when you create a press release, not when you archive or delete it. Archiving only hides documents from your main list — it does not change billing. Free accounts can create up to 3 documents before upgrading.
